Skoda Minotti Joins Marcum LLP
New York City, NY – Marcum LLP announced a merger with Skoda Minotti, a market-leading accounting and business advisory firm, effective today. The firm adds 31 partners, more than 190 associates, and four offices to Marcum’s Midwest and Florida regions.
Skoda Minotti offers a full suite of accounting, audit and tax services, financial services, and business advisory services including risk advisory, IT, strategic marketing, HR services, talent acquisition, valuation and litigation support. The firm services clients nationally and internationally through its offices in Cleveland, Akron and Tampa and its virtual employees based around the country. A member of the Inc. 500 Hall of Fame, the firm sustained significant growth through its 20-year history by helping clients – especially mid-market, privately held businesses – achieve their business goals. The addition of Skoda Minotti’s talent, industry expertise, breadth of services, and sophistication in delivery will provide Marcum’s clients additional geographic reach, a wider range of expertise, service offerings, and improved client experience. Specifically, this helps Marcum expand its Midwest region outside of the Chicago area and add another office strategically located in Florida.
