Marcum’s David Bukzin to Advise on Uplisting Stock at 16th Annual Global Investment Conference
New York City, NY – David C. Bukzin, National Leader of the SEC and Transaction Services Practice groups at Marcum LLP and Partner-in-Charge of the Firm’s New York City Office, will discuss the pros, cons and considerations of uplisting company shares on a national U.S. stock exchange, at the 16th Annual Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference in New York City. Mr. Bukzin will be participating on the Uplisting Bootcamp Panel on September 9.
The conference is attended by public companies, institutional investors, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and industry executives. It will be held at the New York Palace Hotel from September 8-10.
