Marcum LLP’s Annual Day of Service Unites Associates Nationwide in Giving Back to Communities
NOVEMBER 22, 2023 (New York City, NY) – Marcum LLP is proud to announce that on November 22, all Marcum, Marcum Technology, and Marcum Search offices will be closed for the Firm’s annual Day of Service. This closure allows the Firm’s 4100 partners and associates to actively participate in volunteer activities with local charities, fully supported by Marcum as a paid Philanthropy Day.
This year’s Marcum Day of Service extends its reach to approximately 100 nonprofit organizations nationwide. The beneficiary organizations span various causes, such as hunger relief, healthcare support, housing initiatives, environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, social services, crisis intervention, animal rescue, and more.
Beginning in 2015, the Marcum Day of Service represents a significant opportunity for Marcum associates throughout the United States to unite in a concerted effort. This initiative not only supports the communities where they operate but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and collective purpose across the Firm.
Molly Crane, Marcum’s Chief Human Resources Officer, expressed her enthusiasm: “The Marcum Day of Service is a highly anticipated annual event where we actively participate in hands-on volunteer work with various community organizations. In fact, many of our volunteering opportunities are suggested by our own associates.
