New York City, NY – Marcum LLP has added Ethan Brysgel, CPA, as an Assurance Services partner based in New Haven, Connecticut. Marcum is a national accounting and advisory firm.
Mr. Brysgel has more than 20 years of experience providing external audit and business advisory services to large and middle-market, multi-national public and private enterprises. His clients have included companies in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer business, biotech, software, asset management, and healthcare industries. He has extensive experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 implementation and compliance, project and cost accounting methods, acquisition “due diligence” assignments, capital raising transactions, stock-based compensation analysis, and revenue recognition policies. He also has expertise in facilitating resolution of complex accounting, tax, and financial reporting issues under US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
Mr. Brysgel formerly served as a Global Audit and Business Advisory executive of a “Big 4” accounting firm, in London, UK, and Connecticut.
