Timm Rufo is a partner in the Assurance Services Division of the Firm’s San Francisco Office. Timm has more than 12 years of audit and financial services experience, focused on performing audits of financial statements and internal controls. He has extensive experience in technical accounting, and executing audits in various industries.

Prior to joining Marcum, Timm served as a “Big Four” audit senior manager for publicly traded Technology Companies. He is an industry leader with extensive experience across Asset Management and Capital Markets sectors.

Timm holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
