Theodore Ginsburg is a director in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services division, with over 30 years of experience in compensation and employee benefit programs. His practice focuses on executive compensation consulting, including employment agreements, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and change-of-control programs. Theodore also has experience in sales compensation program consulting, equity program consulting, tax-qualified retirement program design and administration, and welfare plan consulting, including Affordable Care Act compliance and consulting.
