About Shivanni

Shivanni Narain is a partner in Marcum’s Assurance Services practice. She has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, including providing auditing services to a wide range of privately held and publicly traded companies and employee benefit plans. She is well-versed in several audit areas.

In her role, Shivanni oversees audit and other assurance engagements and reviews workpapers to ensure they are prepared following generally accepted professional and Firm standards. She regularly evaluates clients’ internal controls and prepares and reviews financial statements.
