About Seth

Seth Marin is an assurance partner at Marcum and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group. He provides audit, review, and compilation services to clients in virtually every real estate sector, as well as benefit plan audits that meet the compliance requirements established by the Department of Labor.

His client base primarily features businesses in commercial and residential real estate, real estate development, HUD financed projects and assisted living facilities, while he also serves a number of engineering and professional services organizations.

Seth works closely with entrepreneurial business owners and closely held businesses and is a resource to clients and peers on issues relating to New Jersey’s Long Term Tax Exemption law. He leverages extensive knowledge of this exemption to advise national clients (primarily developers) on the law’s application, and has been asked to serve as an expert witness on cases involving the law.
