Ronil Chandra is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Marcum’s Assurance Group, focusing his efforts on the firm’s Capital Markets Group. Ronil has extensive experience working with small-to-mid cap public companies, as well as small to large privately held businesses. He also services clients in multiple industries with multinational operations.

Ronil provides guidance ranging from complex accounting and reporting issues, to initial public offerings and other registration statements. Ronil has 20 years of public and private accounting experience, including his role as the Controller for a mid-size construction company in the Los Angeles area. In addition, he spent several years providing consulting services to small to midsize companies.
