Robert Fiorentino, as assurance partner at Marcum, is a leader in the Firm’s Life Sciences and Capital Markets practices. Rob has more than 35 years of experience in audit and business advisory services, as well as private industry finance leadership. His private industry experience includes senior finance positions within corporate and operating divisions at a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Rob’s business advisory clients have ranged from private companies to smaller reporting public companies to well-established multinational public companies.

He has an extensive concentration in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies, and has also served clients in the consumer products, advanced manufacturing, and various R&D-driven industries.

Rob specializes in private to public transactions ranging from traditional IPOs to reverse mergers/APOs, mergers and acquisitions, as well as R&D and sales and marketing collaboration agreements.

He previously worked with a former “Big Six” firm.
