Robert Dennen is a Consulting CFO in the Firm’s Financial Accounting and Advisory (FAAS) services practice. He has more than 25 years of industry experience serving a variety of clients in the SaaS, Biomedical, Private Equity and Venture Capital areas.

Robert’s expertise includes a unique combination of financial, operational, strategic and systems experiences that enable him to participate in and facilitate decisions and solutions that impact growth, profitability and company direction. He has successfully guided companies to implement scalable processes and systems that are measurable, sustainable, and consistent with company culture. He provides a steadying influence in times of change and uncertainty that accompany growth.

Robert’s past experiences includes interim Chief Financial Officer roles for several clients in the SaaS, Consulting Services and Business Services sectors, guiding them through growth, fundraising and implementing financial reporting for improved decision making. His most recent full-time CFO roles have led the company to 300% revenue growth, the opening of international offices, and a successful sale to a publicly traded IT Services Company; and 2) an $80M, PE-owned digital media company, where he was brought in to restore the board’s confidence in the company’s performance and direction.

The foundation of Robert’s balanced and collaborative perspective has been gained from his varied roles over the years, such as Managing Director of an early stage venture capital firm, a consultant at the international consultancy firm, and as the founding CFO and COO at a SaaS concern.
