Rick Neiderauer is a director in Marcum’s Assurance Services divsion and Capital Markets Group. Rick has experience in both the private and public sectors, with engagements ranging in size from closely-held owner-managed companies to international organizations. Rick provides auditing, assurance, and consulting services to clients in various industries including construction, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, and employee benefit plans, and also has significant experience related to internal controls.

Before joining Marcum, Rick worked in public accounting in local, regional, and Big Four firms. He has also worked in industry as a controller and as a director of compliance and controls for a large multinational organization.
