Nicholas Marazza is a partner in Marcum’s Akron, Ohio office. As a member of the Firm’s Tax & Business Services group, Nicholas has extensive experience working with public and private businesses on federal, state, and international tax matters. He helps clients by providing proactive tax assistance, managing all compliance, income tax provisions (ASC 740), planning, and research to ensure all their tax matters are being overseen.

Nicholas has practiced for more than 15 years in corporate, pass-through entity, and individual taxation. He has experience helping clients through transactions by performing tax due diligence in numerous stock and asset deals. Also, Nicholas is a leader in the Firm’s Digital Asset and Blockchain Services Group.

He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Ohio, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
