About Molly

Molly Crane is chief human resources officer at Marcum, a top-ranked national accounting and advisory services firm. Molly works closely with the Firm’s executive leadership on all aspects of HR operations, with primary responsibility for negotiating and directing associate compensation and benefit programs, as well as M&A due diligence and operational integrations. She also oversees HR policies and procedures, compliance, and systems, and works in alignment with other operational leaders on strategic planning and Firm-wide initiatives. With 15 years of experience, Molly has spent the majority of her career at Marcum, advancing from entry level to the C-suite.
