Michael Chappell is a director in the Advisory Services Division of Marcum with more than 11 years of experience providing valuation and consulting services. Michael has a focus on valuations for collateral lending, estate and trust, and financial reporting, as well as litigation support.

He has appraised numerous property types including suburban and CBD office buildings, industrial facilities, retail shopping centers, apartment complexes, hotels, ground leases, and vacant land.

Michael is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining Marcum, he was a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Stout and Peregrine Realty Partners.
