Melissa Lehr is a director in the Firm’s Assurance Services group. She is responsible for providing audit, planning, supervision, and financial statement preparation services for privately held and closely held companies. Her extensive experience reaches across a variety of industries.

With more than 12 years of experience, Melissa has developed a proficiency providing auditing services and guidance for various companies, as well as audits of employee benefits plans, such as 401K and employee stock option plans. She works closely with mid-size businesses in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, supermarkets, consumer products, manufacturing, and distribution.

Melissa is quite active in the professional community. She was accepted in the NYSSCPA leadership academy and is a member of the NYSSCPA Auditing Standards Committee and its Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Committee.
