Kevin Burkhardt is a partner in the Firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office. He has over 15 years of experience providing external audit and business advisory services.

Kevin works with large public companies and innovative emerging growth companies looking for the next disruptive technology or medical advancement. He has extensive experience with reporting requirements for publicly traded companies, including comfort letters, registration statements, and 10-Q and 10-K forms. He offers a practical service approach to both public and non-public organizations, small and large, that fits each Company’s progress in its lifecycle.

Kevin also has extensive experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 implementation and compliance, acquisition “due diligence” assignments, capital raising transactions, stock-based compensation analysis, and the implementation of new accounting standards.

Kevin formerly served as at a Global Audit and Business Advisory executive at a “Big Four” accounting firm in Connecticut, providing audit and advisory services to a variety of large global clients. Additionally, he served as a finance director at a Fortune 500 Company.
