About Karen

Karen L. O’Connor is a partner in the Tax & Business Services Department of the Firm’s Long Island office and is a leader in its national Technology and Life Sciences Industry Group.

Karen works closely with large, multistate and multi-national companies as well as family-owned businesses. She provides tax consulting, planning, financial statement disclosure, and ongoing compliance services to both public and private entities.

With more than 20 years of experience, Karen serves companies in the consumer business, manufacturing, retail, distribution and financial services industries. Her responsibilities include tax consulting on various C and S corporation issues, review of consolidated corporate and partnership tax returns, and review of income tax provisions.

Karen spent the majority of her earlier career in the Corporate Tax Services group at “Big 4” accounting firms.
