Joshua Pena is an assurance partner in the Costa Mesa office of Marcum LLP. He provides financial statements audits and reviews, as well as accounting advisory services, for private and publicly held companies in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, aviation, digital advertising, and cannabis. Mr. Pena’s experience includes initial public offerings, complex debt and equity transactions, business combinations, stock-based compensation expense, and revenue recognition under ASC 606. He earned a cumulative average score within the top 0.2% of 2014 CPA exam applicants.
