About John
John Gabriel is a partner in Marcum’s Commercial and Capital Markets practice area. He specializes in financial statement audit services, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and operational consulting. John provides services to businesses ranging from closely held, owner managed companies to multinational publicly traded companies. His experience extends to the Firm’s Alternative Investment Group where he provides auditing and advisory services, including due diligence investigations and financial structuring and reporting to private equity firms and similar entities.
In addition, he participates in numerous speaking engagements throughout the year on a variety of topics, including SEC, accounting, and operational issues.
