John Britto is a director in the Firm’s Boston office. He has over 20 years of experience providing tax and accounting services to the Firm’s practice areas in Real Estate, Hospitality, Technology, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). He has been extensively involved with corporate, pass-through and transactional tax planning, optimization of tax positions, and tax compliance. His experience in tax planning for closely held businesses and families makes him a trusted advisor to his clients. John is also involved in servicing international business clients with regards to tax planning and tax compliance.
