About Jana

Jana Aristizabal is a partner in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services Division. She has more than 15 years of professional accounting experience.

Jana has focused her efforts on providing federal and state tax consulting and compliance services to corporations‚ partnerships, and individual clients. She has worked on complex tax issues in IRS audits‚ business reorganizations‚ acquisitions, and international transactions with businesses involved in a wide variety of industries.

She is currently serving on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ CPA Exam Content Committee which coordinates new testing standards and prepares content for the tax section of the CPA exam. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of a local charitable organization‚ providing long-range financial planning and assistance with the design of the organization’s governance model.
