James Reynolds is an assurance director at Marcum and a member of the Firm’s Life Sciences and Capital Markets practices. James has over 15 years of experience serving clients primarily in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. He also has extensive experience assisting clients in technology, manufacturing, and other R&D-driven industries.

James works with both private and publicly traded companies. He specializes in private to public transactions ranging from traditional IPOs to reverse mergers/APOs, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as R&D and sales and marketing collaboration agreements.
