About Helen

Helen Liao is a partner in the Firm’s Technical Review and Quality Control group. Helen’s industry focus includes: publishers, software companies, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and service organizations.

From 2000 until 2014, Helen was a partner in an NYC-based accounting firm handling the technical review of work papers and financial statements, supervising staff, and reviewing the work of professional staff throughout the firm. She is in charge of the Firm’s annual inspection and responsible for establishing and updating the Firm’s quality control system and policy and procedures manual. Previously, Helen was a technical reviewer/audit manager with Marcum & Kliegman (now Marcum).

She graduated from Pace University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Helen then received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Aspen University in Denver, CO in 2009.
