Gloria Lee is a tax partner in Marcum’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. Her experience in public accountingincludes a focus on tax consulting and compliance services in the financial services industry.

She primarily focuses on alternative investment funds in the private equity and venture capital space. Her experience encompasses tax compliance and consulting for hedge funds, private equity funds, general partners, and management companies. She has specific financial services industry experience in both U.S. and international tax issues, and prepares consolidated corporate income tax returns for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, software development, biodiesel, advertising, and recycling.

Gloria joined Marcum via a merger with RotenbergMeril in 2022.
