Giuseppe Ienopoli is an assurance partner in the Firm’s Melville Long Island office and is a member of its Life Science and Biotech Group. He provides audit, quarterly reviews, and merger and acquisition services to a diverse client base spanning various industries. He also performs audits of employee benefit plans.

He brings over 15 years of experience in audit and business consulting engagements to closely held and publicly traded companies. Some of his more detailed responsibilities include handling periodic filing requirements, reviews, and registration statements for publicly traded companies. He provides clients with sophisticated guidance through the compliance process, ensuring they remain compliant with SEC regulations.

Giuseppe has taught continuing education seminars on various accounting and auditing topics for Firm staff. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
