About Gary

Gary Gross is a partner in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services division, and is in charge of strategic development for Marcum’s Florida region. Since joining Marcum in 1975, he has held many leadership positions, including chairman of the Financial Services Group.

Gary has extensive experience in financial, estate, and family planning, and has worked closely with high net worth individuals and family businesses to ensure the preservation of family wealth. He was one of the first CPAs in the country to be awarded the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

He has been involved in complex domestic and international tax matters as well as real estate, trust and tax planning for businesses, corporate reorganizations, and real estate syndications. He has provided litigation support services associated with complex financial disputes, damage calculations and matters involving executive compensation, violation of tax laws, and financial loss resulting from personal injury.

Gary serves on the Marcum National Executive Committee as well as the Marcum National Management Committee.
