About Donna

Donna Mahan is a partner in Marcum’s Managed Accounting Services department, with more than 30 years of experience providing accounting, tax, and consulting services in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Donna provides internal accounting support, often acting as CFO/controller for her clients, and specializes in several industries, including real estate, construction, and professional services. She has extensive experience designing, integrating, and implementing accounting systems for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as performing tax preparation, review, and planning services for individual, corporate, partnership, personal property, and payroll tax returns.

Prior to joining Marcum, Donna was a principal at E. Cohen and Company, CPAs, an award-winning, nationally ranked CPA firm, which merged into Marcum in 2022.
