Cassandra Kral-Dillon is a managing director within the Firm’s Financial Accounting & Advisory Group providing fractional CFO services to a number of clients. She focuses on accelerating growth and maximizing financial performance for her clients.

Cassandra has served in financial leadership roles for a number of venture-backed and public companies including a global leader in domain names and internet security; a leading global transaction processor connecting more than 1,500 mobile service providers, enterprises, and ISPs in nearly 200 countries and territories; a leading provider of ecommerce software; and a mobile gateway and services company acquired for $250 million.

She has extensive knowledge of financial modeling and analytics. She currently works with several startup companies helping to build their financial foundation and, in parallel, providing strategic planning and business modeling advice to help them grow and manage their opportunities. She assists clients with M&A transactions, investor relations, cap table management, financial software selection, budgeting, forecasting, and cash modeling and management.
