Brenda J. DeCosta is a partner in the Firm’s Boston office. She has more than 28 years of experience managing, conducting, reviewing, and analyzing financial information for various industries including financial institutions, and not-for-profits.

Brenda has extensive experience managing audits of financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. She has provided advisory services to financial institutions in areas such as regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, audit committee training, and Director Financial Literacy training. She is the Regional Leader of Marcum’s Financial Institutions Services Group and also serves as the National Assurance Leader for the Marcum’s Financial Institution Industry.Brenda regularly participates in various industry events and seminars. She also oversees the Firm’s in-house training program for the Financial Institutions Services Group.
