About Angelica

Angelica Bai is a director in the Assurance Services Division based out of the Firm’s San Jose, California office. She has more than 10 years of audit and financial service experience in the public accounting industry. Ms. Bai focuses on providing financial statement and integrated audits, as well as interim review services to companies in both public and private sectors from various industries including cannabis, biotech and life science, software and SaaS, manufacturing, payment processing and digital advertising. She has assisted multiple companies through their IPO process (including getting through merger/reverse merger accounting, review Form S-1, S-4 filings), and continued working with them as public companies.

Prior to working in the public accounting industry, Ms. Bai worked as a financial analyst for a multinational company specializing in the telecommunication industry, where she focused on forecasting, planning and analyzing the financial performance of various projects in Latin America.
