Adam Greene is a partner in the Firm’s Assurance Services division in Marcum’s New York City office. He is a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice Group, providing financial statement audits and quarterly review services to publicly traded clients, with a focus on special purpose acquisition companies.

Adam has experience in accounting and audit services for companies in diverse industries, including retail and consumer products, consulting, technology, and manufacturing and distribution. He has assisted clients with both public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. He is versed in various complex accounting matters including business combinations, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and debt and equity instruments.

Prior to joining Marcum in 2021, Adam spent his career as an assurance services professional at other national accounting firms.
