Lawrence P. Montgomery, IV is a partner in the Assurance Services division of the Firm’s Philadelphia office. He works closely with both publicly held and privately owned businesses. He has experience providing SEC compliance and reporting services, consulting, and due diligence services for merger and acquisition transactions. He is often involved in providing companies assistance with complex technical accounting issues and works primarily with clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, service, contractors, life science and biotechnology, software, and financial services. He has worked with clients to navigate through initial public offerings and mergers & acquisitions, including reverse merger transactions.

Lawrence is a member of the firm’s national Revenue Recognition SEC Task Force Committee. He is also the Mid-Atlantic regional leader of the Firm’s Life Science and Biotechnology Group and Cannabis Services Group.
