The Third Edition of Shannon Pratt’s The Lawyer’s Business Valuation Handbook: Understanding Financial Statements, Appraisal Reports, and Expert Testimony is being released this month.
Kenneth J. Pia, Jr., Marcum’s National Matrimonial and Business Valuation Industry Leader, coauthored three chapters of the handbook. His substantive contributions are found in Chapter 12, Personal versus Enterprise Goodwill; Chapter 22, Marital Dissolution Valuations; and Chapter 37, Business Valuation Standards and Credentials. Ken was also a technical reviewer of the handbook and an active member of the publishing committee.
Additionally, Carla Glass, Managing Director (retired), is recognized for her significant contributions as reviewer of the handbook.
