David Bukzin is the national partner-in-charge of Marcum LLP’s SEC practice with a focus on securities underwritings for emerging growth companies. He organized the first Marcum Microcap Conference in 2012 to create a forum for smaller public companies under $500 million in market cap to network with the investment community.
