Second Annual Marcum Women’s Forum in New York City Announces Speakers for 2017 Program
Chelsea Clinton Will Be the Featured Speaker along with Lisa Garcia and Jeanne Rizzo
New York City, NY – Marcum LLP announced today that Chelsea Clinton will be the featured speaker at the 2017 Marcum Women’s Forum in New York City on October 27. The Marcum Women’s Forum is a breakfast event geared to high net worth and executive women, featuring nationally prominent women speakers on topics essential to women’s well-being. The conference is presented by Marcum’s Family Wealth Services practice and the Marcum Women’s Initiative. Net proceeds will benefit the Marcum Foundation. Marcum LLP is a top national accounting and advisory firm.
The second annual event is entitled Women Having a Voice: Our Health, Our Earth, Our Strength. Ms. Clinton will speak in her capacity as vice chair of the Clinton Foundation, which makes the empowerment of women a priority across all of its programs and initiatives. Her topic will be “Our Strength.” Also speaking will be Lisa Garcia, vice president of litigation for Earthjustice, on the topic of “Our Earth.” Jeanne Rizzo, president of Breast Cancer Prevention Partners, who returns to the conference by popular demand, will speak on “Our Health.”

Ms. Gregorio is founder and president of Wealth Dimensions, a networking organization for high net worth women, and was named one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth by Private Asset Management magazine.
“Our inaugural conference in 2016, which featured Erin Brockovich, was standing-room only, and we anticipate that this year’s event will be another tremendous success,” said Carolyn Mazzenga, also a conference co-chair and leader of Marcum’s national Family Wealth Services group. Ms. Mazzenga has been named One of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting and is a past president and board member of the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women.
