Maine Extends Due Date for Corporate and Franchise Tax Return

Maine automatically extended the filing deadline for state corporate taxpayers, who are currently on extension, from October 15, 2020, to November 16, 2020. No action is required by taxpayers for this additional extension of time. The following tax returns are impacted:
- 2019 Maine Form 1120ME (Corporate Income Tax Return); and
- 2019 Maine Form 1120B-ME (Franchise Tax Return).
