Jaime Noland selected to NEXGEN Leadership Training Program Class of 2020
TAMPA (August 21, 2019) – Marcum, a national business advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Jaime Noland, CPA, CCIFP, has been selected by the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) to participate in the NEXGEN Leadership Training Program Class of 2020.
ABC’s NEXGEN Leadership Training Program is an eight-month series (September – April) of educational events designed to enhance the leadership skills and knowledge of high-potential construction professionals. Through monthly sessions, peer-to-peer networking and community involvement activities, ABC’s NEXGEN Program prepares these professionals for the next phase of leadership within their organization.
Individuals who are nominated by their employer, must have current or future management decision-making responsibility and have been in the construction industry at least a year.

Noland is a manager in Marcum’s Accounting and Auditing Group, and is a member of the firm’s real estate and construction niche. She is a professional member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Public Accountants and Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals. Noland also serves on the board and finance committee of Camelot Community Care.

Created with the intention of mentoring and developing leaders within the commercial construction industry and ABC, the NEXGEN Leadership Program provides a series of leadership development, networking, and industry-specific content. Through NEXGEN, leaders develop a broader awareness of the politics of construction, economic drivers, workforce development and community involvement. Building relationships, personal and professional development, industry engagement and awareness are the primary goals of the program.
