Mark Harrison is the Firm's Valuation and Litigation Services leader and the office managing partner in the Audubon Street office in New Haven, Connecticut. He has more than 30 years of experience providing business valuation, litigation support, and forensic accounting services. Mr. Harrison's distinguished career includes expertise in the most complex valuation engagements. He has performed valuations of business interests for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, family law matters, business damages, buy-sell agreements, shareholder litigation, estate and gift tax matters, buying and selling businesses, malpractice litigation, and breach of contract.

Mr. Harrison is frequently appointed as a neutral expert by courts and as a mutually agreed upon expert by parties to litigation. He is regularly called upon to assist in settling complex financial disputes. He has been an instructor in business valuation and forensic accounting techniques on the national and local levels for numerous professional and academic organizations. He has assisted in the creation and writing of various seminars and has been a consultant to 60 Minutes on business valuation and forensic accounting issues.

Mr. Harrison has been qualified as an expert witness in Federal District Court and the State Courts of Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Kansas, and Colorado, as well as various arbitration proceedings. He has also rendered extensive services relating to court testimony. Mr. Harrison has been voted the Best Expert Witness in the Connecticut Law Tribune's annual survey of the Connecticut legal community for the past six years.
