About Marissa Pepe

Marissa Pepe Turrell is a principal in the Firm’s Valuation, Forensics & Litigation Services Group and heads Marcum’s Estate and Gift Tax Valuation practice. She has over 19 years of experience providing business valuations, financial analyses, financial modeling, and litigation support for private and public clients spanning a variety of industries.

Marissa’s valuation experience includes appraising companies for various purposes involving gift and estate tax, family law, shareholder disputes, succession planning, financial reporting, equity buy-in and redemptions, and mergers and acquisitions. She has performed various scenario and financial modeling analyses, including for product pricing, supplier and vendor negotiations, and exit scenarios for the strategic planning and operational needs of management teams.

Marissa rejoined the Firm in 2015 and was previously with Marcum and its predecessor firms from 2005 to 2013. Before rejoining Marcum, she was a director at a boutique valuation firm in Massachusetts.
