About Kati

Kati Allison-Boughton serves as a director in the Advisory and Consulting Services Group and is primarily responsible for the Firm’s Investigative Due Diligence practice. Ms. Allison-Boughton is board certified in Investigations and has earned her certification as a Professional Certified Investigator (“PCI”). She is experienced in case management, evidence collection, and the preparation of reports and testimony to substantiate findings. She has experience working with clients domestically and internationally.

Kati has been engaged in a number of due diligence, business intelligence, and corporate investigative assignments. Her in-depth experience includes discreet fact finding, the design and preparation of investigative plans, as well as the compilation and analysis of information received during investigations. She has conducted numerous interviews and surveillance activities. Prior to joining the Firm, Kati was a paralegal for a law firm.
