Tax Return Filing Deadline for Most US Corporation Tax Returns for the 2011 Calendar Year-End
Today is March 15, 2012 and it is the tax return filing deadline for most US corporation tax returns for the 2011 calendar year end. If your corporation tax return has not been filed or extended, there is still time to extend the return by using IRS form 7004.
Remember, that the extension is only an extension of time to extend filing of the return and is not an extension of time to pay the tax liability.
