Marcum’s Diversity Scholarship Fund
The scarcity of minority CPAs has been a source of concern within the accounting profession for decades.
The Marcum Scholarship Fund helps to build the pipeline of diverse accountants by providing $5,000 scholarships to accounting majors from underrepresented groups who plan to become CPAs. Scholarship recipients also receive an internship and other engagement opportunities (mentorship, involvement in ARGs etc.) with Marcum.

Marcum’s Learning and Organizational Development department is focused on supporting an engaging and empowering in‐house training program (Marcum U) that allows each professional the opportunity to be on a learning adventure that spans their career and challenges themselves to grow and explore at their own pace.
